Site Information

HELLO AND WELCOME TO SYCAMORE PARK

I hope you enjoy your stay.  Should you experience any problems during your stay please contact me, Emma Sitch, on 07746 114645/01728 832054 (Home). The site is manned periodically throughout the day. I will also be here almost every day looking after the animals in the fields next door so you can always catch me there.

We ask all site users to respect the peace and quiet of Sycamore Park and keep noise to an acceptable level. We also ask you not to play music outside your caravan and not later than 9pm.

You are welcome to use your own raised barbecue on the campsite.  Please clear these away responsibly and do not place hot charcoal in the bins.

No bonfires or ground barbeques please!

The shower block is provided for the use of all our guests. Please bear in mind that other guests might also be waiting to use these facilities and show consideration to other site users by not spending too long inside and leave everything as you would expect to find it.

Please do not put wet wipes in to our disposal system as they cause blockages.

Smokers, please use an ashtray, and consider other guests, especially those who are your neighbours.

Dogs are very welcome but must be kept on a lead while on the campsite due to the animals in the neighbouring fields. We also have two cats called Halftail & TC who visit the campsite.

Please clear up after your dog!

When you leave, please leave your pitch as you found it.  Refuse bins are provided and we ask that you separate your rubbish and place it in the appropriate bins.  There is one for general waste, one for recycling and one for glass.  Please note that these bins are for domestic waste only. Any other waste should be taken home.

Insurance Please ensure that your caravan/vehicle/tent and accessories are adequately insured.  The park owner will not accept responsibility for any damage or loss to belongings or personal injury suffered by site users, however caused, while on the park.

Thank you for your co-operation and enjoy your stay!
