Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection Prevention & Control Policy
We are happy to welcome you back to Sycamore Park. To try our best to prevent the spread of COVID-19 we have made a few changes to the site.
All 20 pitches are now open.
Check-in’s will be contactless. All relevant information including pitch number will be emailed prior to arrival on site, where this is not possible, we will still have a contact free collection box in place for guests to collect their paperwork on arrival.
Payment – We do not accept card payments. It is preferred that payments be made by online bank transfer (details given on request), however, if this is not possible there is a secure locked box on site where cash can be deposited.
Toilets and showers – We would prefer it if guests could use their own facilities, however, where this is not possible our toilet/shower block will be open. There is one toilet and one shower for ladies and one toilet and one shower for gents. These will be cleaned regularly; you are welcome to bring your own cleaning equipment if you wish to clean the facilities before you use them. There is also hand sanitiser outside each unit to use when you enter and when you leave. While they are in use please stand at a safe distance and allow people leaving the space to pass you safely.
Water Points – water points will be open for your use, however, we recommend that you bring your own anti-bacterial wipes and hand sanitiser to ensure that these are clean.
Please do not enter our office at any time. If there is someone in the office and you need assistance, please knock on the door and then wait at the bottom of the steps. Otherwise you can email us at email@example.com or call us at any time of the day on 01728 635830 (this is a 24-hour number).
All of the above points are reviewed regularly and are subject to change.
While on site we ask that you always use common sense and respect other guests.
